Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be 18+, a resident of India, and have completed KYC to earn or withdraw.

2. The service

BandShare routes anonymized, encrypted traffic through your network in exchange for payment. You may pause sharing at any time.

3. Earnings & payouts

• Rates are dynamic and shown live in the app.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₹100.
• UPI payouts are typically instant; bank 1-2 business days.
• BandShare may withhold payouts pending fraud review.

4. Prohibited use

No spoofing, no resale, no use on devices you don't own, no attempt to game the earnings system. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balance.

5. Termination

You may close your account at any time. Pending payouts will be processed before closure.

6. Liability

BandShare is provided "as is". Earnings are not guaranteed. We are not liable for ISP-side throttling or data-cap impacts.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.
