Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Phone number (for OTP auth), Aadhaar/PAN (for KYC), bank/UPI details (for payouts), and aggregated bandwidth-sharing metadata.

2. What we never see

Your personal browsing data, the contents of your network traffic, or anything outside the BandShare tunnel. We route only anonymized, encrypted traffic.

3. How we use data

• To verify your identity (KYC) and process withdrawals.
• To calculate and pay your earnings.
• To detect fraud and abuse.
• To comply with Indian regulations (RBI, IT Act, Telecom rules).

4. Sharing

We share KYC data with our verified partner (Signzy) and payouts with our banking partner (Razorpay). We do not sell your data.

5. Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time from Settings → Privacy, or by emailing [email protected].

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). KYC documents are stored in India-only data centers.
